Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive / Senior Purchase Executive with 3–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with experience at companies such as Syngene, Biocon, and Aragen will be given preference.

The ideal candidate should have solid vendor management, negotiation, sourcing, and procurement skills, along with a good understanding of chemicals, laboratory consumables, raw materials, and equipment procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.




- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts, stores, and other departments for smooth procurement operations.
