Urban Acres is looking for an experienced, confident, and articulate Public Relations professional with exceptional English communication skills and a strong understanding of media relations, corporate communication and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate should have experience in media outreach, relationship management, corporate PR, content coordination and strategic communication, preferably within the real estate, construction, architecture, infrastructure, media or urban built environment sectors.

The role requires a proactive professional capable of independently communicating with journalists, editors, developers, architects, manufacturers, CXOs, industry associations and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with journalists, editors, media houses and industry stakeholders.
- Manage media outreach, press releases, editorial pitches, interviews, media interactions and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate with leading developers, architects, manufacturers, consultants and industry professionals for editorial and PR initiatives.
- Conduct professional telephonic conversations, Zoom meetings, email correspondence and in-person interactions.
- Identify opportunities for media visibility, thought leadership, brand positioning and corporate reputation building.
- Draft and coordinate press releases, media pitches, corporate profiles, interview briefs and other communication material.
- Manage media invitations, press conferences, launches, conclaves, exhibitions and industry events.
- Coordinate interviews and interactions with CXOs,



promoters, industry leaders and senior management professionals.
- Build and maintain structured media databases, stakeholder contacts and communication trackers.
- Monitor media coverage, prepare PR reports and evaluate campaign performance.
- Work closely with the Editorial, Marketing, Digital Media and Events teams to execute integrated communication strategies.
- Ensure professional, timely follow-ups and consistent stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of professional experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in media pitching, press release writing, journalist coordination and PR campaign execution.
- Confident in interacting with senior executives, journalists, industry leaders and corporate decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of professional email communication and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to independently manage media relationships, follow-ups and multiple assignments.
- Strong organisational skills,



attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Existing media contacts and industry relationships will be an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, infrastructure, building materials, media or publishing will be preferred.
