Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) for our Pathology Department. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to increase pathology business and strengthen our referral network.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes.
- Visit doctors and healthcare facilities regularly to promote pathology and laboratory services.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase patient referrals for pathology tests.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team to ensure smooth sample collection, timely reporting, and quality patient service.
- Identify new markets, potential clients, and business expansion opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, doctor databases, referral records, and business performance reports.
- Handle queries and resolve service-related concerns through coordination with the concerned departments.




- Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with management.
- Ensure ethical and professional communication with all healthcare partners.

Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with healthcare, life sciences, or management backgrounds will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, pathology marketing, diagnostic centre marketing, or doctor relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive knowledge of the local healthcare market and doctor network.
- Ability to achieve business targets and work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with an existing network of doctors, clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes, particularly in pathology or diagnostic services, will be preferred.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, as per company policy.

Pay: ₹9,700.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
