Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated PRT Maths Teacher to teach Mathematics to primary-level students. The ideal candidate should have robust subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make mathematical concepts easy to understand through interactive and engaging teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to students from Classes I to V.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities according to the curriculum.

- Explain mathematical concepts using practical examples and innovative teaching methods.

- Assess students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.

- Identify students who require additional support and provide remedial teaching.

- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

- Develop students’ logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic performance.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and areas for improvement.

- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, school events, and other academic activities.

- Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and child safety standards.





Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics or a relevant subject.

- Professional Qualification: B.Ed.

- Teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.

- Strong command of Mathematics concepts and primary-level teaching methodologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

- Ability to use smart boards, digital learning tools, and activity-based teaching methods.

- A patient, responsible, and student-focused approach to teaching.
