Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day technical operations of the property/facility

- Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire & safety systems

- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule

- Monitor performance of technical service providers and vendors

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards

- Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and track expenses

- Conduct regular audits and inspections of building systems

- Handle emergency situations and ensure quick resolution of technical issues

- Maintain records of equipment, AMC contracts, and service reports

- Coordinate with clients, tenants, and internal teams for technical requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems

- Understanding of HVAC systems and building management systems (BMS)

- Good vendor management and negotiation skills

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

- Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance

- Positive communication and team management skills
