Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their real estate requirements, conduct property consultations, and recommend suitable residential, commercial, plotting, or investment options. Daily activities include lead follow-up, property site visits, coordinating with developers, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through negotiations and documentation.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, market data, and inventory,



while ensuring a professional, transparent, and client-focused experience. The consultant will work closely with the team to meet sales targets, contribute to business development efforts, and uphold the firm’s standards of ethical advisory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs and advise on suitable property options.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client relationships professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing transactions aligned with client objectives.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of local real estate regulations, documentation processes, and market trends in Ahmedabad.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and digital tools, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in real estate, consulting, or sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, conducting field visits, and managing a flexible schedule based on client meetings.
