Role Overview

We are looking for a Property Acquisition Manager to support the expansion of Yummy Bee’s outlet network across Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for identifying and finalizing new properties, negotiating lease and rental terms, managing lease renewals, and coordinating with landlords and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage lease renewals and rental negotiations for Yummy Bee outlets.




- Identify and finalize current properties for outlet expansion across Bangaluru.
- Coordinate with landlords and property owners.
- Conduct field visits and negotiate rental terms.
- Shortlist and evaluate potential sites based on location, visibility, footfall, size, and commercial viability.
- Coordinate with internal teams on site evaluation, documentation, and agreement finalization.
- Maintain a database of available properties, lease agreements, renewal dates, and rental terms.
- Track shortlisted properties, negotiations, and closures through accurate MIS reporting.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or leasing.
- Experience in site acquisition for restaurants, cafés, retail, or QSR outlets will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Bangaluru localities, commercial areas, and property rates.
- Willingness to travel on a two-wheeler for field visits.
