Role Description The Project Manager role at Torchs Co. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning and scheduling to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing logistics and expediting activities, monitoring project milestones, and preparing progress reports. The role also involves handling inspection-related coordination, resolving project risks and issues, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting alignment with global stakeholders.

Manager will contribute to continuous improvement of processes and support strategic objectives related to trade, technology, and manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate quality checks, documentation, and compliance with project specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage material flow, shipping schedules, and coordination with vendors and transport partners.
- Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or trade-related projects is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools; familiarity with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; professional project management certifications are a plus.
