We are currently looking for candidates with strong product engineering and NPD project management experience.(Power electronics domain/Hardware project management )
The role is focused on leading complex product development and engineering projects across hardware, software, quality, industrialization, and business functions.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience in product development, engineering, hardware, software, or industrial projects.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum/Protected or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading global cross-functional teams and managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD), power systems, data centers, industrial automation, or embedded systems is preferred
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certifications would be an added advantage.
