Key Responsibilities

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality product experiences.

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

- Exercise sound product judgment by evaluating short-term and long-term opportunities, making thoughtful recommendations, and balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and strategic priorities to guide product direction and investment decisions.

- Gather and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and business requirements.

- Develop product hypotheses and validate them through research, experimentation, and data analysis.

- Use customer insights, product analytics, and key performance metrics to inform prioritization and product decisions.

- Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and with measurable outcomes.

- Drive adoption of modern technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and data-driven decision making where appropriate.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.





- 5+ years of product management experience owning digital products from strategy through execution.

- Demonstrated experience developing product roadmaps and delivering customer-focused software products.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.

- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional business partners.

- Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across multiple teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments.
