: Project Manager – Power Platform, Copilot Studio & Microsoft Foundry

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives involving Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry. The candidate will be responsible for program delivery, roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, governance, risk mitigation, budget control, and business value realization.

The role requires a strong technology project management background, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, and drive the adoption of AI-powered and low-code solutions across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program and Project Delivery

- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, and implementation schedules.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, architects, and AI engineering teams.

2. Governance and Portfolio Management

- Establish project governance frameworks, delivery standards, reporting mechanisms, and review processes.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, status reports, and milestone reviews.




- Manage multiple projects and prioritize initiatives based on business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security requirements, and compliance standards.

3. Stakeholder and Business Engagement

- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements.
- Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive-level status updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

4. AI and Low-Code Transformation

- Oversee the delivery of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and Power BI where applicable.
- Manage initiatives involving Copilot Studio for developing business copilots, conversational experiences, and workflow automation.

- Coordinate delivery of AI-powered applications and agents using Microsoft Foundry.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation, and low-code/no-code technologies.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and enterprise standards.

5. Adoption and Change Management





- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of AI and low-code solutions.
- Drive user engagement, training, communication, and onboarding activities.
- Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

6. Risk Management and Value Realization

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and delivery dependencies.
- Develop contingency plans and manage escalations to minimize delivery disruptions.
- Track business perks, ROI, productivity improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure successful delivery of project objectives and realization of expected business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, program delivery, or enterprise technology transformation.

- Experience managing projects involving Microsoft technologies, preferably Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or AI-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, governance, risk management, and delivery tracking.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Understanding of digital transformation, business process automation, and AI adoption.

- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
