Productivity and Quality

- Establish and maintain project objectives, scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, and commitments.
- Coordinate delivery across business stakeholders, engineers, architects, analysts, data professionals, and external providers.
- Monitor progress against outcomes, timelines, budgets, and approved scope.
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely mitigation or escalation.
- Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies where appropriate.
- Maintain clear decision, action and governance records proportionate to the initiative.
- Support business readiness, implementation, adoption, and early operational stabilization.
- Use AI-assisted planning, synthesis, and reporting capabilities responsibly while maintaining accountability for accuracy and decisions.




- Keep delivery focused on business value and outcomes rather than activity completion alone.

Collaboration

- Build strong relationships with sponsors, business stakeholders, Platform Owners, and delivery teams.
- Create transparency around progress, trade-offs, risks, and decisions.
- Facilitate constructive resolution of conflicts and competing priorities.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to maintain outcome and scope clarity.
- Partner with Solution Architects and engineering teams to understand technical implications and dependencies.
- Foster trust, collaboration, and shared accountability within delivery teams.

Leadership

- Take ownership of delivery outcomes for assigned initiatives.
- Create an environment that enables teams to perform effectively.
- Act as Scrum Master where appropriate, helping teams improve flow, remove impediments, and learn through retrospection.
- Apply Forward Deployed behaviors by staying engaged through implementation, adoption and stabilization.
- Support less-experienced colleagues through practical coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to improvement of project and Agile practices.

Compliance

- Ensure delivery follows applicable governance, security, privacy, risk, and operational requirements.
- Maintain required evidence and project artefacts.
- Ensure relevant control stakeholders are engaged at appropriate points.
- Escalate material risks and control concerns transparently.
- Use approved environments and information when applying AI-assisted delivery capabilities.
- Complete mandatory compliance obligations and relevant career development.
