Project Manager – Retail eCommerce (B2C & B2B)

Location: Bangalore, India (100% Work From Office – 5 days a week)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale B2C and B2B eCommerce and OMS implementation, upgrade and migration projects. You will own projects from proposal and kickoff through go-live and hypercare, working closely with US/global clients, onsite teams, architects and offshore engineering teams.

Must-Have

- Hands-on US project experience or direct US client handling in Retail eCommerce (B2B and/or B2C)
- Must have experience in Critical Path, crashing and Fast tracking and even experience with RFA.
- Delivered at least two end-to-end retail implementation or platform/OMS migration projects, from initiation to production go-live
- Immediate joiner.
- Willingness and ability to work from our Bangalore office 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle: Proposal/RFP support, Discovery, Solution Design, Development, SIT, UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare
- Support pre-sales: effort estimation (WBS, T-shirt sizing), timeline and resource planning, and SOW/commercials input for fixed-bid and T&M; engagements
- Run kickoff, governance and steering committee meetings, and manage executive communication
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, RAID logs, dependencies and change requests
- Analyse critical path and negotiate realistic timelines with clients, including peak-season constraints




- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) and Hybrid/Waterfall delivery as the project needs
- Track project health through KPIs: effort burn, utilization and productivity, SPI/CPI, defect trends, burn-down charts and dashboards
- Coordinate multiple workstreams: Commerce, OMS, ERP, PIM, CRM, Payment, Shipping, Tax, WMS and third-party integrations
- Manage onsite-offshore teams across time zones, with structured handovers and overlap windows
- Manage risks, issues and escalations, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Mentor team leads, scrum masters and delivery teams, and manage team performance
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, quality standards and delivery best practices

Required Experience & Skills
- 12+ years in IT, with 6+ years managing enterprise eCommerce implementation projects
- 7+ years experience in Project Manager with Retail ecommerce B2B and B2C
- Strong experience delivering both B2C and B2B commerce solutions
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams for clients in North America, Europe or LATAM
- Hands-on experience on one or more platforms: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), SAP Commerce (Hybris), commercetools, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, VTEX, or other enterprise eCommerce platforms
- OMS experience (IBM Sterling OMS strongly preferred; Kibo or similar a plus)
- Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies
- Valuable understanding of enterprise eCommerce architecture, OMS, PIM, ERP/CRM integration, payment, shipping and tax integrations, REST APIs and microservices, AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD
- Retail domain knowledge: catalog, pricing and promotions, cart and checkout,



order and inventory management, fulfilment, returns and refunds, omnichannel, B2B and B2C journeys
- Budget, vendor and third-party management experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, MS Office

Preferred
- PMP, CSM or PMI-ACP certification
- Experience with SFCC or Adobe Commerce projects
- Experience with legacy-to-modern platform migrations (e.g., Oracle Commerce to commercetools or Salesforce)
- Experience with Mirakl/marketplace platforms, headless/composable commerce, or AI-enabled commerce solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ members and multiple concurrent projects

Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
