My Design Minds is a product design and engineering solutions company specializing in industrial design, mechanical CAD, electronics, prototyping, product development, and manufacturing support.

We are looking for a Project Management Intern who can help coordinate projects, track deadlines, communicate with team members, and ensure work moves smoothly from requirement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with design, engineering, prototyping and manufacturing teams.
- Track project timelines, tasks, milestones and deliverables.
- Follow up with team members for pending tasks and updates.
- Maintain project trackers, task lists and status reports.
- Coordinate project requirements between clients and internal teams.
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays or risks to senior management.
- Help ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, files and revision records.
- Assist in preparing quotations, project reports and client updates.
- Communicate professionally with clients whenever required.
- Support senior project managers/founders in day-to-day project coordination.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of mechanical/product design.




- Basic knowledge of CAD or engineering projects.
- Experience with Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Jira or similar project-management tools.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and prototyping.
- Good understanding of Excel formulas and project trackers.

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma / BBA / B.Com / MBA students or graduates may apply.
- Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome.
- Candidates with strong communication, ownership and coordination skills will be preferred.
