About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our growing IT team in Thane.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing software or IT projects, coordinating with developers, handling client requirements, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

You don't need to be a programmer or an expert in every technology. We are looking for someone who has valuable communication skills, understands how software projects work, and can confidently manage people, tasks, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing web, mobile, and IT projects.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to complete projects on time.
- Understand client requirements and explain them clearly to the development team.
- Assign tasks, follow up on progress, and help resolve day-to-day project challenges.
- Conduct regular team meetings and maintain project schedules.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and challenges to clients and management.
- Coordinate basic testing, feedback, and project delivery.
- Prepare simple project reports and maintain necessary documentation.
- Support the team in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with other departments whenever required.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in IT, software development, or project management.
- Previous experience managing web applications, mobile applications, or software projects.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with different departments.
- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.




- Basic understanding of the software development process.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and senior management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi or Marathi.

Important: Technical programming or coding knowledge is not mandatory. Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Experience working with international or US-based clients.
- Basic knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience preparing project documentation or business requirements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing projects or product management.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for improving daily productivity.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹58,000 – ₹67,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Candidates should be comfortable attending calls with our US-based founder approximately 2–3 times per week, including outside regular Indian office hours when required.
