Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of construction, structural work, 2D and 3D drawings, BOQ preparation, quality control, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate must have excellent project management, client-handling, and communication skills, with proficiency in spoken English. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning to execution, preparing and reviewing BOQs, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and ensuring timely project completion within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute construction and structural projects from start to completion.
- Read, interpret, and review 2D drawings, 3D drawings, architectural drawings, and structural drawings.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ), including material quantities, specifications, and estimated costs.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and coordinate with estimation and procurement teams.
- Implement and monitor Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures throughout project execution.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and identify deviations, defects, and non-conformities.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality-related issues.
- Handle client meetings, project discussions, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, material requirements, and overall progress.
- Review drawings and coordinate with design teams to resolve discrepancies and manage revisions.
- Prepare project progress reports,



quality reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or structural projects.
- Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings, architectural plans, and structural drawings.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and quantity take-offs.
- Practical knowledge of Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), site inspections, and quality documentation.
- Ability to identify drawing discrepancies and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Excellent client-handling, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in spoken English with good written communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with relevant 3D design and project management software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are seeking a technically strong, detail-oriented, and professional Project Manager who can independently manage project execution, understand and interpret technical drawings, prepare accurate BOQs, maintain high-quality standards, and communicate effectively with clients in English.

The candidate should be capable of managing project teams, controlling costs, ensuring quality compliance, and delivering projects within the agreed timelines and budget.
