Project Manager – Interior Execution

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage residential interior projects from drawing release through execution and final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, timelines, budget control, site coordination, contractor management, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of interior execution, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to take ownership of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage interior projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Prepare weekly project schedules, assign responsibilities, and track material ordering deadlines.
- Review drawings with site teams before execution and coordinate with the design team to resolve technical queries.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials are available on site as per schedule.
- Manage contractors and vendors, issue work orders, define scopes, and monitor work quality and completion.
- Track project costs against approved budgets and document and price client-requested changes before execution.
- Monitor daily site readiness, including materials, labour, drawings, and work progress.
- Identify project delays and execution issues, resolve them promptly,



and escalate risks when required.
- Conduct internal snag inspections before client walkthroughs and coordinate final handover.
- Submit weekly management updates covering project timelines, progress, risks, and budget status.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in residential interior execution, preferably in turnkey projects.
- Solid understanding of interior drawings and execution processes.
- Knowledge of civil works, electrical, POP/gypsum, carpentry, painting, and finishing.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, labour, and site teams.
- Ability to manage project schedules, procurement coordination, budgets, and quality control.
- Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify risks early and maintain clear project documentation.
- A responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to project delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on residential interior site execution experience.
- Experience managing multiple project activities and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong focus on timelines, cost control, workmanship, and client satisfaction.
