Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end solar EPC projects, from technical planning and engineering to installation, commissioning, and handover.

- Review solar designs, SLDs, electrical layouts, BOQs, system sizing, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, dispatch, installation, service, vendors, and clients.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, material planning, quality, and execution progress across multiple projects.

- Resolve technical and operational challenges and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

- Lead project managers, engineers, and execution teams; establish SOPs, trackers, and reporting systems.

- Conduct site visits for technical assessments, quality inspections, progress reviews, and issue resolution.

- Support cost optimization, vendor coordination, and tendering activities with technical inputs as required.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

- 815 years of experience in solar EPC, project execution, or technical project management.

- Strong knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, electrical components, installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Ability to independently review engineering drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading technical or operations teams.

- Robust coordination, problem-solving, budgeting, and project reporting skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, MIS, dashboards, and project tracking tools.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
