Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Asansol.

The Project

Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee security system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and tracking project activities, coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, and logistics teams, and supervising installation and inspection activities at client sites. The role involves managing resources, monitoring project risks, maintaining documentation, and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders about progress and issues.

The Project





Manager will also work closely with technical and service teams to support quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up on materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, inventory, and site readiness for project execution.
- Relevant experience in security systems, construction, or technical services project environments is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in project coordination or supervision will be considered.
