Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale EPC mega infrastructure project with an approximate project value of 1,000 crore and an estimated duration of 4 years. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, project execution, planning, cost control, contractor coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of a large-scale EPC infrastructure/construction project.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Manage complex structural steel works, heavy RCC structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Ensure project execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, costs, and resource utilization to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Handle government approvals, statutory requirements, and necessary NOCs.
- Implement quality assurance, quality control, and health, safety, and workplace (HSE) practices at the project site.
- Identify project risks,



resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare project progress reports and communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to management.
- Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, finishing, and MEP teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- M.Tech in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong experience in project management and execution of complex construction projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of heavy RCC structures, structural steel, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Experience in contractor management, consultant coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of quality control, HSE practices, government approvals, and NOC processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates who have managed large-scale EPC, infrastructure, commercial, or complex building construction projects will be preferred. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in handling project teams, managing execution challenges, and delivering projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
