About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Projects professional to lead the end-to-end development and execution of restaurant projects. The role involves overseeing project planning, technical coordination, budgets, vendors, site execution and timely outlet openings while ensuring quality, compliance and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and execute restaurant development projects, ensuring timely completion and store openings.
- Coordinate design and technical requirements, including layouts, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen and façade work.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, review BOQs, manage expenditure and drive cost optimisation.
- Manage contractors, vendors, site progress, work allocation, quality checks and equipment installation.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with internal departments, landlords and external stakeholders.




- Oversee lease documentation, landlord coordination and compliance with lease terms.
- Coordinate applicable licences, statutory approvals, registrations and regulatory requirements.
- Manage asset procurement, movement, installation, commissioning and handover to Operations.
- Maintain project dashboards and report timelines, budgets, risks, delays and progress to senior management.

What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management, restaurant development, QSR, retail or hospitality projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, budgeting, BOQs, technical drawings, leasing, licensing and compliance.
- Proven leadership, vendor management, negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project-tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
