Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the execution of a multi-storey building construction project in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for overall site operations, project planning, execution, resource management, quality control, safety, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of multi-storey building construction.
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources efficiently.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor RCC and structural construction activities and ensure proper execution at site.




- Identify delays and execution issues and take corrective action to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and construction procedures.
- Monitor work progress and share regular updates with management.
- Coordinate site activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Strong experience in multi-storey building construction and RCC works.
- Proven ability to manage site execution and overall construction operations.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Strong contractor, consultant, and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety practices.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with proven experience in managing multi-storey building construction projects, handling site teams, coordinating contractors, and ensuring timely project execution will be preferred.
