This role involves coordinating clinical research projects and supporting the timely delivery of project activities related to clinical trial supplies. The associate will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to track project timelines, monitor deliverables, maintain project documentation, and support the resolution of project-related issues. The role also involves preparing project updates, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management, clinical research, or clinical trial supply chain activities will be preferred.
- Understanding of clinical research processes and clinical trial supply requirements.




- Experience in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution.
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to monitor project progress, follow up on pending tasks, and highlight potential delays.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or a related field is preferred.
