Core Roles and Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Scope Definition:

- Establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

- Survey land, evaluate site suitability, and review blueprints or technical specifications.

- Budget & Financial Management:

- Prepare cost estimations and calculate material quantities (concrete, steel, earthworks).

- Monitor expenditures, control cost overruns, and manage change orders.

- Team & Subcontractor Coordination:

- Supervise in office crews, engineers, and subcontractors.

- Negotiate vendor and subcontractor contracts.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and local authorities.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
