Role Overview

We’re looking for experienced Project Leads to manage large-scale AI annotation projects, lead teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do

- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and delivery.
- Handle client communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead and mentor Team Leads.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and turnaround times.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Improve workflows and scale teams as needed.

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in team leadership.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume projects.




- Solid client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and knowledge of performance metrics.
- Experience in data annotation, data labeling, AI training, RLHF, SFT, or model evaluation is preferred.

Work Commitment

- Working hours: 7 AM–4 PM PST.
- Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
- Remote contractor engagement.
