Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Head to lead and manage large-scale construction projects in Pune. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in executing high-rise commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate campuses, and high-rise residential projects.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, safety compliance, and effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise commercial, IT park, campus, and residential projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
- Manage multiple project teams, contractors, consultants, architects, and PMC stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve technical, operational, and site-related challenges.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage contracts,



procurement coordination, billing, cost control, and variation management.
- Review project milestones, progress reports, and project performance indicators.
- Drive coordination across civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and other project functions.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and ensure successful project handover.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in construction and real estate project execution.
- Proven experience in high-rise commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate campuses, and high-rise residential projects.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end project management, planning, execution, budgeting, and quality control.
- Experience in handling large-scale projects, multidisciplinary teams, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, contracts, and project controls.
