Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Project Head for Real Estate, based in Ahmedabad.

The Project

Head will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, finance, and facility management teams; monitoring construction progress; managing vendor and contractor relationships; and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. The role involves property performance oversight, risk identification and mitigation, reporting on project status to senior leadership,



and driving operational efficiency across commercial and residential assets.

The Project

Head will also support strategic decision-making for future developments and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate skills, with experience managing large-scale real estate projects or portfolios.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance skills related to budgeting, cost control, investment analysis, and project financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess Property Management and Facility Management (FM) skills to oversee asset performance, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess project management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant real estate regulations, contract management, and safety and quality standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or professional certification in project management or real estate will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in large infrastructure or real estate organizations, particularly in leadership roles, will be beneficial.
