Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in solar project execution from site survey to commissioning.

- Conduct site surveys and check project requirements.

- Coordinate with the design and project teams.

- Monitor manpower, materials, and project schedules.

- Supervise installation of solar panels, structures, inverters, cables, and earthing.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.

- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover.

- Maintain daily site reports and project records.

- Identify and resolve site-related issues.

- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Skill Set Required:

- Basic knowledge of Solar EPC projects.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to read technical drawings.

- Basic knowledge of electrical and safety standards.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.

- Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
