Role Description-

The Project Engineer role at RAW AIRCON is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Project

Engineer will oversee HVAC project execution from design review through installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, preparing and updating project plans, tracking progress, and resolving technical and scheduling issues. The role involves reviewing engineering drawings,



supporting site inspections, monitoring resource utilization, and assisting with cost and material estimates.

The Project

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and support documentation for project reports and compliance.

Qualifications-

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to manage HVAC system design, installation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to handle timelines, resources, risk mitigation, and coordination across multiple sites.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Beneficial qualifications include a degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering, experience in HVAC or building services, and familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with project scheduling tools, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, strong problem-solving abilities, and readiness to work on-site at project locations.
