You support our customers on-site (South-Asia region) during testing, go-live and hyper care stages of the project.

2. Providing in office customer support:

- during testing.

PROFILE & COMPETENCIES: 1. Technical Competencies :

a. Required education and experience

- Master in ICT or Computer Science
- 2 years software development experience. b. Language skills

- Very good knowledge of English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Other languages are a plus.

c. IT Knowledge
- Experience in C# or a similar OO programming language.



SQL, GIT, networking knowledge.

Skills :

- Ability to write high-quality, project-based (plugin) code.
- Ability to translate BPMN design documents into code.
- Implement change requests on existing project code.
- Test your own project code.
- Correctly configure software according to project requirements.
- Report to the team lead and project managers.
- Provide customer training: lab (super-user), operations (end-user), and server maintenance (IT admin).
- Communicate clearly with the customer.
- Solve and investigate 4th line cases.
- Work together in a project team.
- Install software updates at customer sites in accordance with the software update process.
- Timely commit source code to the repository.
- Database integration.
