Role & responsibilities : -

- Coordinate new production lines, expansion, capacity enhancement, and improvement projects.
- Prepare and monitor project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, and timelines.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and follow-ups across all departments.
- Track CAPEX, PR/PO, machine delivery, installation, commissioning, trials, and handover.
- Monitor project progress, delays, risks, pending actions, and documentation.
- Prepare project dashboards covering plan vs. actual progress and management decisions.
