Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, coordinating, and tracking IT projects. The ideal candidate should have a technical/IT background with a basic understanding of software development and project lifecycles. This role is suitable for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in building a career in IT Project Management.

Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.
- Coordinate with development, QA, design, and other technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task status.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and pending deliverables.
- Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager.




- Coordinate internal meetings and client discussions as required.
- Prepare regular project status reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure project-related information is accurately maintained in project management tools.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

What Were Looking For

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0-1 year of experience in project coordination, software/IT projects, or a similar role.
- Candidates with a technical/IT background are preferred.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software project processes.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of IT Project Management.
