We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Civil Project Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

A. Site Execution and Supervision

- Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing works, and other civil activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site workers to ensure smooth execution.

B. Planning and Progress Monitoring

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify delays and take corrective measures in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Plan manpower and material requirements in advance.

C. Quality Control

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate required material and workmanship tests.
- Identify and rectify defects and non-conformities.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.

D. Cost and Material Management

- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Verify material requirements and coordinate procurement with the purchase team.
- Check measurements of completed work and verify contractor bills.
- Assist in quantity estimation, rate analysis, and cost control.

E. Drawing and Documentation

- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants,



and MEP teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurement records, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are available at the site.

F. Safety and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable construction regulations.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain proper housekeeping and protected working conditions at the site.
- Report unsafe practices and take corrective action.

G. Team and Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other departments.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues.
- Resolve site execution issues promptly and escalate major concerns when necessary.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and handover targets.

Qualifications and Experience

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in building construction, especially high rise apartments.
- Knowledge of structural and finishing works, construction methods, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Familiarity with quantity estimation, measurements, and contractor bill verification.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel; familiarity with project planning software is an advantage.

The Project Engineer is expected to ensure that all assigned construction activities are executed safely, within the approved budget and schedule, and in accordance with the company's quality standards and project specifications. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
