Travel: Willingness to travel across South India

ETPL (Ekta Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd.) is a trusted infrastructure solutions provider delivering end-to-end services across EV Charging Infrastructure, Telecom Infrastructure, Turnkey Projects, and Research & Consulting.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project execution, monitor site progress, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery across South India.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day execution of EV charging and infrastructure projects across multiple sites.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and site progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Plan and follow up on material procurement, dispatches, manpower, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Electrical, Civil, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending activities to ensure timely completion.
- Identify site-level challenges, execution delays, and resource requirements and escalate them appropriately.
- Review BOQs, drawings, site reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain project trackers, MIS, daily progress reports, and management updates.
- Schedule project review meetings and maintain MOMs with action points and timelines.
- Coordinate site inspections, quality checks, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.
- Ensure adherence to project SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.




- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, material records, approvals, and completion reports.
- Provide regular project updates to the Project Manager and senior management.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Telecom, or related industries.
- Experience in EV charging infrastructure, electrical projects, civil works, or turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of project execution, site coordination, material planning, and project tracking.
- Ability to understand BOQs, drawings, project schedules, and technical requirements.
- Experience coordinating with site teams, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional departments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and project tracking tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, English, and Hindi will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel across South India and visit project sites as required.
