Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Demonstrated ability to structure and deliver transformation projects in a government consulting context, applying established consulting frameworks to define scope, milestones, and deliverables. Strong command of public policy concepts, including policy analysis, implementation mechanisms, and their application to government programs and initiatives. Proficient in government-style writing, producing well-structured proposals, notes, and drafts that follow official formats, precise terminology, and administrative conventions. Working knowledge of public procurement processes,



including tender documentation, bid preparation, and compliance with government procurement rules and guidelines. Good-to-have familiarity with skill development domain frameworks, such as national skilling schemes, competency mapping, and training program design and evaluation.
