We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of digital marketing and creative projects. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with internal teams, track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain smooth communication between clients and team members.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams, including Designers, Developers, SEO, Social Media, and Content teams.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring ongoing projects.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain project timelines and update project status regularly.
- Communicate project requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Prepare meeting notes and track action items.
- Coordinate with clients for feedback, approvals, and project updates.




- Identify project delays or blockers and escalate them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support day-to-day project operations and administrative coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
