Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning and initiation through successful implementation and closure.
- Lead and manage full life cycle ERP implementations in large organizations.
- Coordinate and manage large, cross-functional teams comprising business, functional, technical, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful ERP project delivery.
- Drive project governance and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Manage ERP implementation projects for Government / PSU organizations.
- Ensure successful delivery in accordance with defined project scope and requirements.
- Should have implemented at least one ERP project using the ERP product proposed by the bidder for this project.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Certification

- BE / B.Tech MBA.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.





Experience

- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
- At least 5 years of ERP implementation experience.
- Must have been involved in managing at least 3 successful full life cycle ERP implementations in large organizations.
- Robust experience in managing large and cross-functional project teams.
- Government / PSU ERP implementation experience is mandatory.
- Should have implemented at least one ERP project
