Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.

- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and SLA commitments.

- Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, and leadership teams.

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.

- Manage resource planning, utilization, and demand fulfillment.

- Track program financials, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue realization.

- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, delivery processes, and customer requirements.

- Lead team development, mentoring, performance management, and talent retention activities.

Required Skills

- Strong Program and Project Management experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.





- Experience in managing large AMS, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs.

- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management and governance.

- Expertise in project planning, risk management, and financial management.

- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, JIRA, and reporting tools.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP / Prince2 Certification

- Agile Scrum Master / Protected Certification

- ITIL Foundation Certification

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
