Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple ERP implementation projects from inception through successful closure.
- Drive end-to-end IT Program Management, including project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and delivery.
- Manage multiple ERP projects/programs simultaneously while ensuring alignment with defined project objectives and timelines.
- Lead ERP implementation engagements involving Government / PSU clients.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, implementation teams, vendors, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide program-level governance and oversight across multiple ERP implementation initiatives.
- Ensure successful implementation and delivery of ERP solutions in line with project requirements.




- Demonstrate hands-on experience in implementing at least one ERP project using the ERP product proposed by the bidder for the project.

Preferred candidate profile Education & Certification

- BE / B.Tech + MBA is mandatory.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.

Experience

- 15+ years of total qualified experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Program Management and ERP Implementation.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple ERP projects from inception to closure.
- Mandatory experience in implementation of ERP projects for Government / PSU organizations.
- Must have implemented at least one ERP project
