Job Summary

APM Group is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Production Trainees to support our electronics production activities.

The candidate will be involved in GPS/GSM/IoT device assembly, component fitting,

wiring, testing, labelling, packing, and other production-related activities. This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in electronics manufacturing and are willing to learn production processes.

Training will be provided for the required assembly and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform soldering and de-soldering of Assist in the assembly of GPS/GSM/IoT devices.

Fit PCB, enclosure, wires, connectors, antenna, and other device components.

Perform basic wiring and connector assembly as instructed.

Support device testing and basic functional checking.

Assist in labeling, serial number verification, and product identification.

Carry out packing and final preparation of finished devices.

¢ Follow production instructions and standard operating procedures.

¢ Maintain quality during assembly and production work.

¢ Identify visible defects and report them to the supervisor.

¢ Handle electronic components and materials carefully.

¢ Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the production work area.

¢ Support rework or correction activities when instructed.

¢ Assist the Production and Quality teams in day-to-day activities.

¢ Maintain basic production records as required.





¢ Complete assigned production targets within the required timeline.

¢ Follow safety and ESD handling procedures.

¢ Perform other production-related activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

Key Skills

¢ Basic understanding of electronics or electrical components is preferred.

¢ Interest in electronics manufacturing and device assembly.

¢ Good hand-eye coordination.

¢ Ability to perform repetitive assembly work carefully.

¢ Attention to detail and quality.

¢ Ability to follow instructions correctly.

¢ Basic knowledge of tools used in electronics assembly is an added advantage.

¢ Basic computer knowledge preferred.

¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

¢ Willingness to learn new production processes.

Educational Qualification

¢ ITI / Diploma / 12th / Vocational Course in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or related field preferred.

¢ Freshers can apply.

¢ Candidates with basic practical knowledge of electronics will be preferred.
