Production Supervisor (Automotive / Truck Manufacturing) Primary Objective: Maximize line efficiency, enforce strict workplace safety protocols (such as OSHA or local industrial standards), manage assembly staff, and resolve real-time mechanical or operational bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities Line &

- Assembly Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across truck assembly stations, welding, painting, and chassis-mounting lines. Scheduling &
- Output: Execute daily and weekly production plans to hit target vehicle volume without sacrificing quality control.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and schedule floor operators, assembly technicians, and line leads. Handle training on heavy machinery, power tools, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality

Assurance (QA): Conduct routine inspections of assembled truck parts and finished frames to catch defects or specification variances early.



Equipment &

- Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance department to troubleshoot robotic, hydraulic, or mechanical tool failures and minimize downtime. Safety &
- Compliance: Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain clean shop-floor standards (5S/Lean principles), and report incidents. Data &
- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like units-per-hour, scrap rates, and attendance, reporting metrics to plant management Qualification: Diploma in ME/Auto with minimum 3 years of Experience in similar field Immediate Joiners Required- Only male candidates All Selected candidates will work on Layam Group Payroll.
