Key Responsibilities

- Allocate daily work to helpers and monitor attendance, task completion and productivity.
- Ensure production areas, materials and equipment are ready for scheduled activities.
- Monitor adherence to work instructions, housekeeping, hygiene, safety and quality requirements.
- Maintain shift/production records and report output, downtime, shortages and operational issues to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Stores to resolve routine operational constraints.
- Train team members on secure work practices and correct handling of materials and equipment.
- Escalate deviations, unsafe conditions, equipment problems and quality concerns promptly.
