Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planning Control role based in Vasai. The position is responsible for creating, monitoring, and adjusting production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize plant capacity. Daily activities include coordinating with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability, minimize downtime,



and align production plans with delivery timelines.

The role involves tracking production performance, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions to maintain efficiency and compliance with internal standards.

The Production Planning

Control professional will also prepare regular reports, maintain planning data in relevant systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and operations functions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules management.
- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills for capacity utilization and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder updates.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, preferably in solid oral dosage or excipients, is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP or other production planning tools and basic MS Excel proficiency is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Production, Operations Management, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work systematically, meet deadlines, and comply with good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
