About the role

We need someone who can run a production floor, not just watch it. You’ll own output, quality and delivery dates for our home furnishing and fabric bag orders, and you’ll be the person who makes sure a buyer’s deadline doesn’t turn into a fire drill.

What you’ll do

- Plan and run daily production across cutting, stitching, finishing and packing
- Turn merchandising orders into line plans, with transparent targets for every section
- Track WIP, efficiency and rejection numbers, and fix the leaks fast
- Work with Purchase, Store, QC and Merchandising so fabric, trims and approvals show up before the line needs them
- Handle manpower: allocation, skill matching, attendance, overtime
- Hold quality to buyer standards. Inline checks, final inspection, no surprises at shipment
- Keep production data in the system (ERP/Excel/MIS) and send daily and weekly reports to management
- Cut wastage, cut idle time, push for better line balancing
- Talk to buyers’ QA teams and inspectors when needed,

What we’re looking for

- 5 to 8 years in production, ideally in home textiles, home furnishing or fabric bags
- Hands-on knowledge of fabric, stitching processes, machines and garment/made-up construction
- Comfortable working on systems: ERP, Excel, production tracking. If your whole workflow is a notebook, this isn’t the fit
- Solid understanding of export order cycles, sampling to bulk, and packing specs
- Graduate or diploma holder (textile, production, apparel or similar preferred)
- Presentable, confident, and able to speak clearly with buyers, team heads and management
- Someone who leads people well. Workers should respect you, not just fear you

Good to have

- Experience with buyer audits and compliance
- Basic knowledge of lean or line balancing

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
