We have a requirement for the position of "PRODUCTION MANAGER" based at Delhi.

Candidate should have at least 15 yrs. exp. in the same profile in a sheet metal company preferably in Door locks and Handles.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules based on customer orders, capacity, and material availability.
- Resource & Manpower Management: Assign shifts, allocate machinery, supervise operators and floor supervisors, and track labor productivity.
- Cost & Waste Optimization: To Implement methodologies to reduce material wastage and cycle times.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams to clear production.
- Shop-Floor Operations Oversight, Quality Control & Rejection Reduction.




- Reporting & MIS: Production metrics using ERP software.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 15 to 18 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in sheet metal or heavy engineering industries.
- Software Skills: Experience with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel for production tracking).
- Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and solid inter-departmental communication.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
