We are urgently hiring an experienced Production Manager for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit specializing in tablets and capsules. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, team management, and compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the approved schedule.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- Monitor production processes, in-process checks, and batch manufacturing records.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and other departments.
- Maintain production documentation and ensure timely batch completion.
- Implement measures to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.





Eligibility Criteria
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production.
- Experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
