-Operate and monitor food-processing/production machines.
- Ensure machines are running smoothly as per production requirements.
- Follow the prescribed production process, SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Monitor product quality during the production process.
- Check machine settings, production output and basic operating parameters.
- Identify machine/production issues and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Maintain production records and follow hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Ensure minimum wastage and achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
- Work in shifts as required.
