Role Description The Production Manager role at HPIPL is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Production

Manager oversees end-to-end production activities for parking systems, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing operations to meet quality, safety, and delivery standards. This role involves managing production teams, monitoring resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications, ISO requirements, and company processes.

Manager will collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams to optimize workflows, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement in efficiency and cost control.



Daily responsibilities also include reporting production performance, maintaining documentation, and supporting implementation of automation and sustainability initiatives in line with HPIPL’s mission.

Qualifications

- Strong production management and manufacturing operations skills, including planning, scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource management.
- Experience with quality assurance, ISO standards, safety compliance, and process documentation within an engineering or industrial environment.
- Technical understanding of mechanical or civil engineering concepts relevant to parking systems, automation equipment, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in using production-related software tools, basic ERP systems, and data analysis for monitoring output, efficiency, and costs.
- Lead-by-example team management skills, including delegation, performance supervision, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with design, procurement, logistics, and site installation teams.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for addressing production bottlenecks, quality issues, and project timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, infrastructure, or engineering projects; experience in parking systems is an advantage.

- Ability to work in office in Noida and visit project locations when required.
