- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.

- Supervise welders, fitters, fabricators, and other shop-floor employees.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.

- Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.

- Monitor fabrication processes such as cutting, fitting, welding, drilling, and assembly.

- Ensure product quality and coordinate with the Quality Control team.

- Coordinate with stores, maintenance, dispatch, and other departments.

- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and machine utilization.

- Maintain daily production reports and manpower records.

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
