Arome Perfumes is looking for a result-oriented Production Manager / Assistant Production Manager to oversee packaging operations, manage manpower, ensure production targets, and maintain quality standards.

- Manage daily packaging and production operations.
- Ensure production targets and timely order completion.
- Supervise and manage shop-floor manpower.
- Monitor packaging material inventory and utilization.
- Maintain quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth production planning.
- Track production performance and prepare reports.

- Relevant experience in production and packaging operations.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
- Positive coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
